Against Me! Acoustic EP

Two quick things for you tonight as Felicia is downstairs watching "ER" for cynical people, aka "House."

First, I wanted to pass along this story that my friend Mike (the same one heading to Turkmenistan after the weekend) dropped on our friendly message board. Apparently, a University of Wisconsin law professor, Ann Althouse, got all up in arms about this photo featuring feminist blogger Jessica Valenti and others with President Clinton. My buddy Ricky is taking a class taught by Althouse, so this topic was mildy entertaining tonight to my us, and others like Michael Berube. Let's just hope she doesn't have any well-perportioned females in the front row.

Secondly, some music...

I don't pop any Against Me! in the CD player of my 2001 Buick LeSabre all too often, mostly because I think it's sort of a punk-niche sound that I don't all together mesh with and it just doesn't seem right rocking that in the "Saber." I don't know if the ol' girl could take that level of distortion on her factory speakers.

Regardless, I still listen to them occasionally and wanted to pass these tracks along to you since I ran into them tonight. Enjoy some LeSabre safe acoustic Against Me!
